Therapy & Support Groups

Healing from trauma takes time, support, and compassion. Our therapy and support groups offer a safe, welcoming space to process experiences, build resilience, and move toward healing.

We also offer educational support classes led by trained community advocates. These ongoing groups can be joined at any time and cover topics such as resiliency, boundaries, safety planning, and coping skills. All are welcome. View our calendar for current class topics.
